The project is the construction of a 4-storey building with a total built-up area of 6,263 m², comprising a basement, ground, first, and roof floors. The works include full civil, structural, architectural finishes, and MEP systems.

CLIENT: Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

CONSULTANT: X-Architects

SCOPE: The project scope covers a 4-storey building comprising technical and service facilities in the basement, embassy and consulate functions on the ground floor, diplomatic offices and archives on the first floor, and the ambassador’s suite with offices and terraces on the roof.

The objective of the Eagle Phase-1 Project is to increase the Cooling Water System capacity in Jordan Bromine Plant by adding a new cooling tower to the system.

The added cooling tower system consists of:

2 Cooling Water Pumps, with 1 Cooling Water Pump to be relocated
Chemical Dosing Pumps

SCOPE: Civil Works: Construction of Cooling tower foundation, CW Pumps Foundation, Pipe Bridge Foundation, MPSs Foundations.
Structural Steel Works: Installation of Pipe Bridge, MPSs, and modification on the existing Steel Structure.
Piping Works: Installation for CW lines, Chemical dosing lines, Instrument Air Line.
Equipment Works: Installation and termination of CWT, CW Pumps, and Chemical Dosing Pumps. E&I: Installation of new cable ladders/Trays, Power & control Cables, Panels, and instrumentation.
